Our mission is to help match you to the perfect home, and to help you do that, our professional rental specialists are available 7 days per week to provide you with support and guidance. REQUIREMENTS AND DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY FOR A RENTAL HOME WITH PHOENIX PREFERRED PROPERTIES, ALABAMA REAL ESTATE AND DAVID KAHN RENTALS

APPLICATION INFORMATION:

  • ALL applicants must be present to apply and show photo ID
  • You must have seen the home that you are applying for prior to applying
  • Applicants must be at least 19 years of age
  • Your income must be three times the rental amount and verifiable/gross amounts
  • Co-signers gross income must be six times the rental amount and verifiable
  • You must submit documentation to verify your income (ex. check stubs totaling for one month's worth of most current income; you must be on the job a minimum of six months, a letterhead document from your employer, or W2 Forms from previous year)
  • You cannot be in active bankruptcy
  • Bankruptcy credit history must show a “discharge” status
  • You cannot owe any needed utilities such as electrical power, water, and sewer
  • Your rental history must be excellent
  • Must provide rental history for the previous five years
  • Credit Check and Eviction history check will be done
  • $50 Application fee for each adult
  • Cashier’s check or money order – NO CASH!
  • Applications are not accepted after 4:30 pm
